Reports to: Customer Service Manager

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, or via email/chat.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently.
• Provide product/service information and recommendations.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update databases.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide follow-up when necessary.
• Adhere to company policies and service standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive and professional attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service are a plus.
