What is the opportunity?
As a Senior Digital Product Manager, you will be dedicated to and work closely with the Senior Digital and Data Office and a group of agile teams. You will develop and implement plans that will enhance product(s) and ensure that product capabilities are fit for purpose for customers, business, employees and regulators
The Senior Digital Product Manager owns the responsibility of building the right products. You are accountable for the product vision, strategy, leadership and overall roadmap of the product(s) being developed on behalf of the business
What will you do?- Creating innovative products based on customer feedback, User experience (UX) interpretation of customer feedback, commercial / technical / legal assessments, and leveraging their own domain of experience
- Developing and delivering in collaboration with the Product Owner, the strategy / roadmap that contributes to the product's realization of benefits and how they will be implemented over time
- Maintaining the overall success of program planning for an agile release train or release planning for a group of teams while evaluating business value against set metrics
- Contributing with the decision-making that sets the architectural direction
- Managing the expectations of Business stakeholders when required
- Engaging and communicating with business stakeholders on forth coming deliverables
- Ensuring that strategic opportunities and threats to the product strategy are proactively identified and that creative solutions are put in place to address them
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Owner working in a Digital environment on medium complexities
- 5+ years of relevant business experience
- Excellent written and communication/negotiation and strong presentation skills
- Strong strategic business sense and organization awareness
- Superior problem solving, analytical skills
- Insurance market, products knowledge
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent is highly desirable
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE)
- Undergraduate Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
