Requirements
Responsibilities- To support the Operations manager in team development and to work with staff at other levels to ensure an efficient workflow and smooth
- Manage and supervise the work of drivers
- Plan driver delivery areas and routes
- Dealing with problematic packages
- Monitor delivery KPIs of drivers
- Assist the operation director and colleagues in other work
Qualifications：
Ability to supervise and motivate a team to achieve and exceed their goals
Strong planning ability
Strong time management skills
legal work status
good PC skills
Good teamwork spirit
Have vehicle, can accept shift/overtime
Working Hours:
Tuesday: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Wednesday to Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
