Primary Objectives of the Role:

  • Manage appraisals, work authorizations, repair orders, supplements, and warranties while ensuring a high closing ratio for the company.
  • Develop and implement follow-up programs on appraisals as necessary.
  • Maintain consistent communication with adjusters, production teams, and customers regarding repair progress.
  • Inspect completed repairs and meet with customers during vehicle pickup to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve any customer concerns or dissatisfaction.
  • Stay informed and adhere to all company and departmental policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Communicate and document repair statuses to both customers and insurance companies.
  • Foster positive relationships with team members and management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

Qualifications, Experience and other requirements:

  • Diploma in automotive body repair from high school or college.
  • Minimum of 1 – 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar position or senior estimating role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of collision repair operations, including estimating, production scheduling, and meeting deadlines.
  • Well-versed in insurance repair procedures and guidelines.
  • Proficient in Mitchell
  • Must hold a valid driver's license.
  • Competent in computer applications, including MS Office, Outlook, and Estimating Software.
