Requirements
Prospective Corporate Law Clerks will be required to have the following skills to ensure their success in this position:?- 3+ years of experience in corporate law, handling incorporations, reorganizations, corporate governance matters, and transactional matters
- Proficiency in corporate records management, including preparing and maintaining minute books, resolutions, and compliance filings.
- Strong knowledge of Ontario and federal corporate laws, including experience with Business Corporations Act and OBCA compliance.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions, including M&A support, shareholder agreements, and corporate filings.
