Our valued public sector client requires a Senior Business Analyst to create a business requirements document for a federal government program. Tasks: Work with various client subject matter experts to identify and document business and system requirements Elicit requirements from business partners and document those requirements in a way that a technical team can then implement Attend work shops to elicit requirements, document requirements, identify priority and assist in estimating tasks Attend working group sessions and document and create minutes related to potential IT requirements Verify delivered technical systems meet the documented requirements Identifying and then prioritizing technical and functional requirements Participate in SCRUM activities in an agile development team Creation of process and information flow documents Completion of project related documentation which could include the following: - Charter, lessons learned, risk issues, business requirements document, Information management requirements, project closeout docs, benefits realization report, other project gating documents Must-haves: 5+ years of experience building BRDs as a Business Analyst 3+ years of experience working for the Federal Government 2+ years of Agile/Scrum experience Nice-to-have: Business Analysis experience on application development projects Apply
