We manage projects from construction to property management encompassing a complete design/build.

Our work ranges from the management and development of complete new builds, refurbishments and fit-outs for Companies.

The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for assisting in managing the sales pipeline, including maintaining the customer database and preparing internal reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow-up with online prospects via phone and email, including responding to inquiries, matching prospects to appropriate product and qualifying prospects accordingly in order to set appointments with Sales Consultants that ultimately result in home sales.
  • Present the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our new home models, floor plans, and available upgrades. Present the value proposition of our homes in a compelling and informative manner. Manage the daily operations of the sales centre/model home.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about the community, amenities, local schools, nearby attractions, and any relevant neighborhood features that may influence the homebuying decision.
  • Follow up with leads generated through various channels, such as inquiries, referrals, and website registrations. Maintain an organized and up-to-date customer database to track potential buyers' progress through the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the sales management/marketing team, construction site, and other key team members, to ensure a smooth and efficient sales transaction.
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support the overall efficiency of the Sales, Marketing, and Operations functions.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate and execute sales events, promotions, and advertising initiatives. Provide valuable insights from customer interactions to inform marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience (minimum 2-7 years) in sales management within residential construction or real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of low-rise residential construction processes and market dynamics.
  • Construction knowledge and interior design experience is an asset.
  • Highly motivated with demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse customers.
  • Organized, detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple leads and maintain accurate records.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), and Adobe software is essential.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings & weekends.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
