Forklift Operator and Delivery Driver

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time reliable and detail-oriented Forklift Operator and Driver who enjoys a blend of warehouse operations and on-the-road deliveries. In this role, you’ll ensure customer orders are picked accurately, loaded safely, and delivered on time, playing a vital part in our service excellence.

• Pay Rate: 22–$27/hr. (based on experience)
• Location: Delta, BC
• Shift: 6:30-3:00pm PST, Mon to Fri (Full time hours)
• Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
• Safely load and unload delivery vehicles.
• Drive a company van to deliver orders promptly and professionally.
• Operate a Sit-Down Counterbalance Forklift.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse and delivery vehicle.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to resolve issues.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 1 year of experience operating a Sit-Down Counterbalance Forklift.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for team and client interactions.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management
• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
