• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's mission.
• Manage the recruitment process, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.

• Evaluate and manage employee benefits programs.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Manager should have:

• A degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in HR management. Experience in fast-growing start-ups is a big plus
• HR certification: CHRP is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to manage staff communication effectively and address conflicts positively.
• Proficiency with the Workforce Now platform from ADP.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
