Facility Cleaner

Adecco is currently hiring a Facility Cleaner for a full-time opportunity in Mississauga, ON. • Salary: $19.94/hour
• Location: Mississauga, ON
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Employment Type: Full-Time

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of production, laboratory, warehouse, office, and washroom areas according to established Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain common areas through dusting, window cleaning, fixture polishing, and general upkeep.
• Respond to facility requests including cleaning, waste disposal, light replacement, and other maintenance-related tasks.
• Perform waste disposal and recycling services throughout the facility.
• Maintain exterior areas by removing debris, sweeping walkways, cleaning patio spaces, and assisting with snow removal and salting during winter months.
• Accurately complete and sign GMP cleaning records and documentation.
• Replenish facility supplies including paper products, soap dispensers, and production garments.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning and maintenance supplies.
• Promote a safe work environment and report potential hazards or safety concerns.
• Support rotating or alternating shifts as required.

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is considered an asset, preferably within a pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or food processing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is considered an asset.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English is required.
