About Our Client

Our client is a large Public Listed organisation which has operations all over Canada

• Overseeing and managing the entire accounts receivable process.
• Manage the full-cycle collections process to ensure timely receipt of outstanding payments.
• Develop, implement, and track action plans that enhance the effectiveness of collection procedures.
• Oversee AR aging and key efficiency metrics by producing consistent, weekly reports that provide actionable insights into outstanding balances.
• Supervise the Analyst, Cash Application, providing direction and oversight to maintain excellence in cash application procedures.
• Perform cash application tasks as needed and serve as a backup for credit approval processes to ensure seamless operations

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Analyst - Accounts Receivable should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Proven expertise in managing AR aging, cash applications, and customer account reconciliation
• At least 5 years of experience in credit and collections within a dynamic corporate environment.
• Hands-on experience with SAP functionalities related to cash applications, dunning, and customer credit limits.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
