Job duties:
- Strategize and manage the end-to-end operational logistics of a courier/package delivery company.
- Supervise fleet logistics, ensuring all vehicles are dispatched efficiently and maintained to high standards.
- Administer financial resources, overseeing departmental budgets and strategic asset procurement.
- Analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in scheduling and corporate policy.
- Lead talent acquisition and coordinate comprehensive professional development programs for staff.
- Responsible for people and team leadership, customer and client management, compliance and risk management, vendor and partner management, and policy-making.
The language of work: English.
Wage: $58.00 per hour.

- Required education:
- College diploma.
- Required work experience and skills:
- Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and lead a diverse team effectively.
- Significant relevant operational management experience.
- Signficant logistics experience.
- Substantial experience managing contracts.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proven organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Fleet and asset management experience.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
- Previous work experience with a courier company is preferred.
