Responsibilities
Tasks- Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
- Assign sales workers to duties
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- Order merchandise
- Authorize return of merchandise
- Establish work schedules

- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
