Position Summary:
We’re excited to announce we are looking for talented Premium Suite Attendants to follow direction from the Premium Lead to deliver a unique hospitality food and beverage service offering for our premium suites. In this role, you will be a part of an awesome team of colleagues who instinctively strive to exceed expectations, to support us in creating the best experience for our fans.This is a casual role offering flexible shifts available around your other commitments - it involves evening and weekend shifts.
This is a seasonal role from April 1, 2026 and will end on September 30, 2026.
This role pays an hourly rate of $19.00-$20.00 CAD and is tip eligible
This position will remain open until May 15, 2026.
About the Venue:
Welcome to Rogers Field at Nat Bailey Stadium, proud home of the Vancouver Canadians. Oak View Group serves the stadium as its main Food & Beverage partner during a brief but intense season of 66 games in 11 weeks, running from April to September.The venue is family-friendly and offers a positive environment where to grow your skills while creating memorable moments for the fans. Responsibilities:
- Setup suites area and follows BEO requests.
- Follow instructions and help coworkers and other departments.
- Run orders, beverages and trays when needed.
- Connect with guests and guarantee fans satisfaction with service received.
- Collect payment for orders, add-ons and end of the day cleaning routine and restocking par levels.
- This role includes food and beverage service, at times more focused on the beverage side and at times more focused on service of trays and food orders.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of work experience in Food & Beverage, preferably in sports & entertainment .
- 1-2 years of experience in stadiums or live entertainment facilities preferred.
- Serving It Right certification.
- Ability to work independently when required using your own initiative.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize during busy periods, taking on any necessary tasks to help deliver a world class experience.
- Food & Bar service experience of a premium hospitality area in a stadium, events arena, festival environment or equivalent fast-paced hospitality setting or volume-led environment.
- Effective communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to be well-mannered and maintain a professional appearance.
