Regulatory Compliance Analyst

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Regulatory Compliance Analyst to join our client in Mississauga, Ontario. The role involves overseeing financial compliance functions within the organization. The successful candidate will work on various audits, compliance assessments, and regulatory compliance matters.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular internal audits and identify areas of non-compliance or areas for improvement
• Develop and implement audit programs to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Prepare and present compliance assessment reports to management
• Handle compliance documentation, ensuring all processes are correctly recorded and updated
• Generate compliance reports for internal use and for regulatory bodies
• Monitor and analyze the organization's financial activities for compliance with government regulations
• Work collaboratively with different departments to ensure company-wide compliance
• Provide guidance to the team regarding regulatory compliance matters
• Stay updated with changes in regulatory norms and ensure the implementation of new requirements
• Participate in educational opportunities to update job knowledge and technical skills.
