About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Apartment Building Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming common areas for all residents. This role is essential to creating a positive living environment in our buildings.

Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain all common areas, including hallways, lobbies, stairwells, laundry rooms, and elevators
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust regularly
Clean entrance glass and doorways
Remove garbage from common areas and manage waste disposal
Clean apartments prior to new tenants moving in
Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management
Ensure building cleanliness standards are consistently met

Qualifications:

Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
Must have own vehicle to travel between buildings

Hours & Compensation:

8 hour day shifts Monday to Friday
$19 – $21 an hour based on experience. Health benefits after 3 month probationary period.
