Job Description- Lead and manage all phases of commercial construction projects, from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Monitor project progress and address any risks or issues that arise promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to key stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Project Manager should have:
- A strong background in construction project management with a General Contracting company.
- Proven ability to manage multiple commercial projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Toronto
