We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Consultant to join our growing Canadian team. This is a key role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution. You’ll play a pivotal part in shaping compelling value propositions, bridging the gap between sales and delivery, and ensuring outstanding outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Client & Project Leadership
  • Analyze client needs, systems, and processes to uncover gaps, identify opportunities, and propose impactful improvements.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and policy shifts to enrich our consulting offering.
  • Translate complex insights into clear, compelling narratives that drive decision-making.
Strategic Stakeholder Engagement
  • Lead workshops and interviews with clients and stakeholders to extract meaningful input.
  • Communicate findings through data-driven storytelling, backed by robust qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Delivery & Execution
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to design and deliver high-quality projects—from strategy through to execution.
  • Ensure all projects meet client expectations, align with organizational standards, and are delivered on time and on budget.
Client Relationships & Business Growth
  • Act as a strategic advisor and key point of contact for clients.
  • Cultivate trust-based relationships and contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities aligned with our strengths in research, consulting, and technology.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, technology, research, or professional services. Government experience is a strong asset.
  • Proven success in managing and delivering impactful client-facing projects.
  • Understanding of digital transformation, data and analytics, software development, or product management is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills—you know how to engage stakeholders from C-level executives to technical teams.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading workstreams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • A systems thinker with a knack for problem-solving and seeing the bigger picture.
  • Experience with econometric modeling is an added advantage.

The base salary range for this role is between 128k and 165k (CAD). Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
