Senior Financial Analyst
This is a hybrid role that allows for 1 day/week to work from home.
Reporting to the Controller, the Senior Financial Analyst will be a self-starter with advanced Excel skills who can manipulate data and create financial reports for the President and the Senior Leadership Team. You will utilize your strong manufacturing and analysis background to assist in closing the month-end, analyze financial results and provide meaningful business insights to the President.
To be considered for the position of Senior Financial Analyst, you must have a strong mix of "nuts and bolts" accounting experience combined with strong financial planning and analysis skills. You must be a CPA or be in the late stages of the CPA program with 3+ years of relevant work experience and have a solid understanding of accounting concepts to assist with month-end.You must have strong attention to detail and be in tune with the marketplace. The President will rely on you to take your insights on the economy and your competitors to provide meaningful analysis and input into business decisions. You should employ professional skepticism to look at the results and say "that's what the data is telling me, but does it make sense?" Strong ERP experience (JD Edwards, Great Plains, Epicor, etc) is required.
You must also have a strong manufacturing background.
