Field Service Representative - Delivery Driver

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time dedicated and customer-focused Field Service Representative – Delivery Driver to join our client’s growing team in Burnaby, BC. In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery, pickup, setup, and servicing of medical products, including beds, surfaces, and pumps, directly at customer sites.
You will provide hands-on education and support to ensure proper product use and contribute to a positive customer experience.
- Pay Rate: $26.00/hour
- Location: Burnaby, BC
- Shift: 8.5 hours (8:30 – 5:00)

Responsibilities:
- Performing deliveries and pick-up using a 3-ton or 5-ton truck
- Prepare medical equipment and documentation for delivery
- Load and unload medical equipment from the delivery vehicle
- Provide customers with instruction to use the equipment safely and properly
- Process delivery and pick-up documentation onsite with medical staff as required
- Clean and process medical equipment to quality standards
- Present the highest level of customer etiquette in all patient/customer interactions
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Prior experience in a delivery or field service role preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Mechanical aptitude or technical knowledge of medical equipment is an asset.
- Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
- Genuine passion for helping and engaging with people
- Positive and approachable attitude
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the role
- Interest in building a long-term, potentially lifelong, career with the company
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
