Cash Management performs the operational activities related to I&TS cash movements – both at the Nostro, or sub-custodian, level and at the individual custody client level. Client Cash Control perform the operational activities related to the identification, verification and control, and release and settlement of I&TS client payments.

Job Description

What will you do?
  • Funding Nostro accounts
  • Monitoring CLS Manager.
  • Running DBA Reports.
  • Monitor PFC and determine risk associated with held payments
  • Complete TAR requests when required.
  • Assist in establishing ongoing reconciliation process, including documenting procedures, for monthly reconciliation of accounts on Milvus to account loaded in PFC
  • Assist Team with checklists, monthly reports and reconciliation of breaks.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have
  • Working towards a Bachelor degree in Finance, Business Administration, or other related field
  • Strong personal skills and the ability to work effectively independently and within a team environment
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with good attention to detail and very high level of accuracy
Nice-to-have
  • Proficient in the full suite of Microsoft Products, including Excel Word, PowerPoint, Access
  • Outlook

In order to be eligible for these student positions, you must either:

  • Be returning back to school after the work term end-date; or
  • If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating immediately after the work term), you must require the full work term as a mandatory component in order to graduate successfully
