The Work: Key Responsibilities: Proficient in SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, Fiori Launchpad, SAC, Solution Manager, BTP, Cloud Connector, HANADB, Data Provisioning, etc.
SAP System Administration
- Managing installations, configuration, SSO, SAP GUI, certificates, performance turning, SAP HANA Database Administration, table reorganizations and maintenance of SAP systems.
- Experience with system upgrades and migrations including project planning and collaborations.
Collaborate with users to research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues per service level agreements and operational level agreements.
Coordinate with internal IT teams, managed service providers, and vendors to ensure transparent communication for scheduled and unscheduled SAP activities.Given the nature of the system administration role, this position necessitates occasional availability outside of standard business hours, including late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
This role is in our Local ATCs (Montreal) and will require on-site work 2-3 days per week
