Our client, a leading construction firm, is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead and manage full-cycle institutional projects in the GTA.
Job Description- Lead and manage full project life cycle, from preconstruction to close-out
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and risk management strategies
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients
- Manage project teams, providing mentorship and leadership
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders

The Successful Applicant- 10+ years of experience in project management within institutional construction
- Strong expertise in managing large-scale projects ($20M - $70M+)
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Ability to navigate complex project challenges and drive solutions
- Gold Seal Certification (GSC) or PMP designation is a plus
- Base salary of up to $185,000
- Prioject specific mileage & 407
