We are currently undergoing a migration to Microsoft Office 365 and MS Exchange Online, and we are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support the successful execution of this project. Job Description: We are looking for a talented Business Analyst to assist in the migration to MS Exchange Online and Office 365. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business needs, and coordinating the migration process. Your ability to work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders will be essential in ensuring the project is delivered on time, within scope, and meets business objectives.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and document business processes.
- Analyze the current environment, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to align with Office 365 solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather data for migration planning and design.
- Develop detailed business requirements and technical specifications for the migration process.
- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure successful communication and understanding of requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, IT, and third-party providers to ensure smooth data migration.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including timelines, project plans, and risk management strategies.
- Perform gap analysis and provide solutions to overcome challenges during the migration process.
- Ensure testing and validation are performed throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Help with post-migration support and any necessary adjustments after the transition to Exchange Online and Office 365.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, with proven experience managing Exchange Online and Office 365 migration projects in a large-scale hospital environment.
- Strong understanding of MS Exchange, Office 365, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
- Knowledge of cloud migration best practices and project management.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with tools like Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project, or similar project management tools is a plus.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or Microsoft Certified: Office 365.
- Experience with Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
- Prior involvement in large-scale IT migration projects.
