As a Software Developer – Game Engine Tools & Automation, you will develop tools within the Unreal Engine that will be used by the development team. As a member of the engine team, you'll design solutions that simplify, optimize and automate development processes.Your technical contribution to the various tools in close collaboration with your peers, helps deliver an exceptional developer experience while maximizing efficiency and reliability.

- Research, integrate and develop technologies that improve reliability, performance and productivity
- Develop project tools and automations
- Maintain and support the game editor and associated tools to offer exceptional quality of service to the entire development team

- Baccalauréat en informatique ou dans un domaine technique connexe
- 5+ années d'expérience en C++
- 5+ années d'expérience dans le développement d'outils au sein de moteurs de jeu
- Expérience avec Unreal 5 ou moteur similaire
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit, puisque ce rôle nécessite d'interagir avec d’autres entités d’Amazon à l’échelle mondiale ainsi qu’avec des collègues et intervenantes et intervenants dans d’autres provinces canadiennes, la connaissance du français et de l’anglais est exigée pour ce poste.

- Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field
- 5+ years experience in C++
- 5+ years experience developing tools within game engines
- Experience with Unreal 5 or similar engine
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, in French and English; due to the nature of the role, which requires interaction with other Amazon entities globally and with Amazon employees and stakeholders in other provinces in Canada, bilingual French and English is required for this position.- Qualifications souhaitables
