Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to executives and management team
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external communications
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports
  • Assist in organizing corporate events, client meetings, and real estate project activities
  • Maintain filing systems, client records, and confidential information
  • Support project tracking, reporting, and operational workflows

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or related field preferre, or
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative or executive assistant roles
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience in real estate or professional services is an asset
