CRM Project Manager - Toronto
Adecco is currently seeking an experienced CRM Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of CRM campaigns and manage multi-channel marketing initiatives. This is a 6-month contract role with a competitive hourly rate and a hybrid work model.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident in driving marketing operations across cross-functional teams. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact projects while contributing to the growth and optimization of a dynamic CRM program.
- Pay rate: $50-$57/hour.
- Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid: 3 days in-office / 2 days remote)
- Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
- Job type: 6-month contract | Full-time

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage end-to-end CRM campaign deployment with precision and efficiency.
- Coordinate campaign schedules, timelines, and interdepartmental communications to ensure deadlines are met.
- Organize campaign components including segmentation, UUIDs, promotional details, creative assets.
- Execute and QA CRM components (copy, CTAs, links, assets) and assist in weekly CRM asset prep.
- Maintain CRM documentation (deployment calendars, trackers, approval decks).
- Finalize creative assets for leadership reports and ensure brand/legal compliance.
- Create and monitor tracking links for engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to pull and input performance data.
- Optimize campaign workflows and contribute to CRM best practices across teams.
Requirements:
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- 5+ years in CRM campaign execution, email marketing, or marketing operations.
- Strong organizational/project management skills; experience juggling multiple deliverables.
- Proficiency with G-Suite and project tracking tools.
- Experience with QA processes, segmentation, and CRM compliance.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and deadline oriented.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, design, and copy teams.
- Self-driven, proactive, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
- Experience in tech marketing, e-commerce, or digital agencies is a plus.
- Bonus: Familiarity with SQL, Ampscript, dynamic scripting, paid social, and media deployment.
