- Assist Support team to identify process improvement opportunities and increase efficiencies within the department.
- Assist the Support team with identification of errors and troubleshooting with current platforms and processes.
- Assist Support team to create and establish regular reporting to ensure data accuracy
- Oversee implementation of new clients and services using the client implementation standard operating procedures
- Establish and document standard operating procedures for the team
- Coordinate and lead training for the team when new technology and processes are introduced
- Evaluate and modify standard protocols and procedures as needed to support new business and technology
- Manage data load process
- Liaise with OnBrand360 Product Manager as needed to communicate and prioritize needed enhancements
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing for any new software releases and enhancements
- Assist with the creation, documentation, and execution of new hire training
- Lead or participate in ongoing projects
- Ensure all client data is accurate including work orders and billing through regular reports as well as direct engagement with the Support Team
- At least 5 years of customer support and administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Suite and Sales Force
- Experience balancing and prioritizing external and internal requests
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Available to work Monday-Friday
