We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Brand Merchandising & Marketplace Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sustainability and looking to grow their skills in content development and styling.

Position Overview:

As a Brand Merchandising & Marketplace Coordinator Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our merchandising efforts and enhancing our presence in various online marketplaces. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in brand management, product merchandising, and e-commerce strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Development and execution of merchandising strategies for our product lines and ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search.
  • Take high-quality product photos for online listings, ensuring visual consistency.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product descriptions and visuals for online platforms.
  • Assist in addressing customer inquiries and handling returns or issues related to marketplace transactions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize product placement and promotional efforts.
  • Help coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional events.
  • Provide administrative support to the merchandising team as needed.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field, or recent graduate with relevant coursework.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub) is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and e-commerce operations. Experience with data analysis tools or content management systems is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
