As a Customer Care Representative, you are on the frontline and the face of Dynacare when it comes to resolving customer issues and helping us enhance the customer experience.

Capture & document all call and/or faxed updates accurately Ensure payment details are correct prior to issuing payment Follow SOPs to ensure compliance to the various insurance carriers and medical facilities Maintain quality while attaining daily targets Demonstrate exceptional service while handling outbound calls Any other tasks as assigned by Manager/Team Lead Build rapport and gain knowledge from peer contact of various divisions Participate in system testing for the organization to enhance the quality of service Show your leadership skills by providing employee training to new hires on the team Resolve customer issues and making recommendations on how Dynacare can enhance the customer experience What YOU bring to the role: You bring strong written and verbal communication skills, and you can clearly articulate issues, concerns and inquiries You have empathy and keep your composure when dealing with difficult customers and make the customers feel heard and supported You are a get-up-and-go type when it comes to multi-tasking and prioritizing within a fast-paced environment You organize and complete projects accurately, on time and in a team environment Strong experience conducting OUTBOUND calls You are an innovative thinker with attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office Suite Nice to haves: Community College diploma and previous experience in customer service Passionate about supporting healthy lives with commitment and care?
