Customer Service Representative

Adecco is currently hiring a Customer Service Representative for a full-time opportunity in Kanata, ON. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys helping customers and working in a fast-paced environment.

- Location: Ottawa, ON
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Employment Type: Full-time

- Process customer orders in a detailed and timely manner
- Reach out to customers and verify account information
- Greet customers warmly and determine the reason for calling or emailing
- Assist with refunds, exchanges, or direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
- Support other departments or special projects as needed
- Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- College or University degree is an asset
- Must be bilingual (English & French)
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with Traverse Open Systems is an asset
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
