Your role at Baxter
This role will provide critical administrative support to the Canada Quality and Regulatory Affairs teams in maintaining compliance of Baxter Canada products (imported and domestic) to Corporate Quality and Canadian regulations and GMP requirements .
What you'll be doing- Provide support on Field Actions/Recalls for Printing and assembling customer letters, tracking and reconciling RMAs, and non-responder list tracking
- Provide support to Regulatory Affairs and Quality teams
- Monitoring of Regulatory Affairs email inboxes
- Oversight and payment of Regulatory Affairs invoices
- Coordination of complaint sample kits
- IT-related purchases
- PO creation and reconciliation
- RFP support
- Sharepoint site maintenance
- High school degree or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of related experience in office administration and support
- Intermediate level of computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
- General office skills
- Technical system skills
- Document processing or knowledge and usage of office equipment
- Excellence in document processing and ability to consistently produce high quality work
- Strong customer service orientation
- Operating proficiently in with a team
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
