POS Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Point of Sales (POS) Implementation Project Manager to oversee and execute the deployment of POS systems across multiple locations. This individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring project deliverables are met on time, and guaranteeing that the solutions align with business goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while managing timelines and budgets (Source: RH Acronym Guide).
• Develop detailed work plans that outline tasks, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Identify risks and create mitigation strategies to ensure seamless project execution.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure all parties are aligned and informed throughout the implementation process (Source: RH Acronym Guide).
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders during the project lifecycle.

Technical Expertise:

• Coordinate and support the installation, configuration, and testing of POS hardware and software systems to achieve operational readiness.
• Partner with IT teams to resolve any technical issues that arise during implementation.

Training and Change Management:

• Facilitate training sessions for end-users and staff to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
• Develop documentation and user guides for the POS systems.

Performance Monitoring:

• Establish KPIs to measure the success of the POS solutions post-implementation.
• Conduct post-deployment reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure long-term efficiency.
