CNC Mill Machinist (Afternoon Shift)

This position will be for the second shift: Monday to Thursday 4:00pm to 1:30am and Friday 3:00pm to 11:30pm. Display a positive attitude and practice strong work ethics that reflects the mission, philosophy and goals of TeslaOperate CNC Mills such as Mazak, Hardinge, Grob & Mikron to produce unique quantities of partsReview electronic or paper blueprints to ensure parts meet specificationsMachine materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, plastic and other materialsMaintain the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follows prescribed safety proceduresAssist in other work areas to perform fabrication, assembly, maintenance and other duties when required or as business needs change Minimum of 3 years’ experience operating CNC machining equipment & automation or equivalent experienceFamiliar with Mazatrol, Fanuc, Siemens & Heidenhain controlsApprenticeship or toolmaking background would be an assetMust be able to adhere to standardized processes put in place to successfully machine partsCandidates need to have basic computer knowledge and skillsMust have basic hand tools and toolbox
