Your role
Join our team as a Senior Project Manager. In this role, you will lead a diverse range of major capital building and infrastructure projects, working a talented team of industry experts.
You will leverage your project management expertise to oversee projects of varying sizes and complexity, from start to finish.
This is a strategic leadership role offering the opportunity to drive the growth of our business in a way that aligns with both your personal values and the diverse needs of the communities we serve. We are looking for a driven, self-motivated, and collaborative Senior Project Manager who is passionate about leading projects and fostering strong, enduring relationships with clients, senior leaders, and key decision-makers.Experience in the Infrastructure sector is considered an asset.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership:
- Demonstrate company values and cultural behaviors
- Lead multiple project delivery teams
- Establish, foster, and grow client and professional relationships, acting as a Trusted Advisor
- Lead the implementation of training and tools in support of service delivery
- Delegate and empower project delivery teams
- Build a personal brand
- Growth:
- Grow sales annually through leadership and industry knowledge
- Collaborate with National Directors and Leaders outside the Business Unit to identify and pursue opportunities
- Find opportunities for cross selling
- Lead technical input for proposals
- Management:
- Oversee project delivery team performance
- Account management
- Be responsible for high performing teams both from a performance perspective as well as a professional practice perspective
- Quality:
- Accountable to ensure that all work on your projects is delivered in accordance with our Quality Management System
- Accountable for Client Satisfaction
- Create a culture of quality

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience leading project management mandates of varying size and scope, involving multiple stakeholders
- Experience in successful pursuits of new business, winning key pursuits and mentoring new employees
- A technical university degree or diploma in the construction industry field, along with credentials in business administration is considered a strong asset
- Professional industry credentials such as PMP, or similar industry-recognized designation is considered a strong asset
- Knowledge of various types of construction methodologies, project management models, financial management, contract law and relevant legislation
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Broad written and verbal communication skill set including strong presentation, stakeholder facilitation and report and writing skills
- Effective client, stakeholder and people management skills
- Excellent speaking and presentation skills for clients and all levels of governance
- Ability to influence others and successfully resolve a variety of commercial, people, client and technical issues
- Excellent relationship building and collaboration skills to interact with clients, colleagues and external industry subject matter experts
