Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Estimator located in Concord, ON. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for construction projects.

Qualifications

Proficiency in construction estimating software
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
