This position reports to

Production Manager

Your role and responsibilities
  • Unload, unpack, pack, and load various incoming materials.
  • Verify deliveries, inspect for damage, receive goods, and issue materials in the ERP system.
  • Organize transportation and shipping of robots, switchgear, and parts, including issuing proper documentation.
  • Manage material reservations, returns, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
  • Organize, store, and label received materials for traceability.
  • Stage materials for production and perform inventory counts.
  • Conduct incoming inspections of materials.
  • Engage positively with vendors and drivers and perform other related duties as assigned by the team lead or management.
Qualifications for the role
  • Proficient in SAP with hands-on experience.
  • Good verbal and written communication.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office suite, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Forklift certification (overhead crane, Reach truck, electric and propane forklift).
  • TDG Certificate (transport of dangerous goods) is preferred
  • Trained in Fall Protection is preferred
  • 2-4 years shipping- receiving experience.
  • High school diploma.
  • Able to do repetitive work.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • A strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask while maintaining a strong commitment to safety is critical.
  • Stand or sit for extended periods.
  • Available to work OT.
  • Able to lift 40 lbs.
