Receptionist

As this is a contract position, you will be covering for a medical leave for an estimated duration of 4-6 weeks.

• Provide front-desk reception coverage, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems.
• Engage with parents, students, and staff to ensure a welcoming and supportive environment.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, organizing files, and managing email correspondence.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments efficiently using Microsoft Outlook.
• Participate in morning and afternoon "Kiss and Ride" duties, ensuring safety and smooth operations.
• Maintain a detail-oriented and friendly demeanor while addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Uphold the nut-free policy within the work environment.
• Support other staff members as needed to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, including maintaining a valid vulnerable sector check.
