• Efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries
• Deliver top-notch customer service via phone and email correspondence
• Accurately process credit applications from customers
• Maintain and update customer records in a timely and precise manner
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to document and track customer interactions and data
• Efficiently manage data entry tasks related to customer information and transactions
• Schedule appointments as needed to facilitate customer service operations
• Monitor and manage customer accounts, taking necessary actions as required
• Handle order entry tasks as part of the customer service process.
