Reporting to the Director of Product Development, your role as D365 Marketing Automation Developer is key in meeting our goals to streamline and automate operational communications using Dynamics 365 Customer Insights & Journeys The ideal candidate will be responsible for automating key operational communications, such as appointment confirmations, reminders, and notifications, ensuring timely, accurate, and personalized interactions with our customers.

This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in operational communication automation and a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

What you’ll do: Develop, manage and optimize customer journeys within Dynamics 365 Customer Insights

  • Journeys.
Create personalized, result-driven communication workflows leveraging Dynamics 365 Customer Insights
  • Journeys and Power Automate that align with business goals and customer needs.
Identify opportunities for improving customer journeys and communication touchpoints for a seamless experience across all channels.
Stay up-to-date on best practices, industry trends, and new features in Microsoft Dynamics and customer engagement technology.
Collaborate with technical leads, solution architects, business analysts and participate in design, develop, test and deploy solutions based on Dynamics 365 Customer Insights
  • Journey module and Power Platform.
Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Insights
  • Journeys to provide high quality scalable solutions that follow industry leading best practices and patterns.

Document the design and the development of the deliverables.

Support the application lifecycle management, deployments, and release planning.
Actively participate and partner with the product and delivery leaders in all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retros.
Mentor and assist engineers on the team to understand concepts and adhere to best practices and standards; regularly review developers' code for alignment.

Troubleshoot complex issues, offer support to other team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications 5+ years of experience working with Dynamics 365 & Power Platform, particularly in Customer Insights
  • Journeys, with a strong focus on understanding the capabilities of the platform as well as customization techniques to extend the platform behaviour.

Knowledge of customer lifecycle management, including experience mapping and creating complex customer journeys.

Proficiency in C#, JS, Plugins, web resources, HTML, CSS, custom connectors and Web APIs.
Solid experience on Dataverse features, Power Automates and Model driven apps.
Experience working on the Agile teams and continuous delivery framework.
Strong understanding of the Solution management, segmentation and deployment processes.
Ability to commit to continuous learning to implement modern solutions to solve business challenges.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex cross-functional requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Great-to-haves: Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Field Service.

Experience working with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, App services.
