Key Responsibilities
  • Independently handle estate administration files from start to finish with minimal supervision.
  • Prepare and draft probate documents, applications, and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth administration processes.
  • Engage in document preparation, filing, and e-filings using relevant platforms such as BC Online and LTSA.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports and support the team with client billing and legal accounting tasks.
  • Proactively manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
