London - Kitchen Support Staff

Adecco is currently hiring several temporary full-time Kitchen Support Staff to work for our client in North York, ON. In this position you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen by providing assistance to the culinary team and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.

• Pay Rate: $17.20/hour
• Location: North York, ON
• Shift: Sunday to Thursday | 9:00am – 5:00pm
• Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Food preparation such as washing, cutting of vegetables, cutting of cooked meat, cooking of vegetables.
• Portioning and weighing of dry, fresh and frozen ingredients.
• Reheating of soups, breads and finger foods.
• Assembling of menu items as per recipes, such wraps, sandwiches, bowls, hot and cold drinks.
• Cleaning, dishwashing, sweeping and mopping

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in a kitchen environment preferred.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Food handler's certification
• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
