Customer Coordinator

Adecco is currently seeking a dedicated Customer Coordinator for a temporary to possibly permanent position located in London, ON. This role offers a competitive salary of $21 per hour, providing a dynamic work environment where you’ll be responsible for a range of customer service and order management tasks.

- Pay rate: $21/hour.
- Location: London, ON
- Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
- Job type: Temporary to possibly permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:
- Addressing customer inquiries and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Quoting customer RFQs (Request for Quotes), including creating formal quotes, collecting pricing, calculating sell price, and advising on delivery.
- Reviewing customer orders, including pricing, delivery instructions, special requirements, and terms & conditions.
- Retrieving customer orders through the internet (experience with Oracle is an asset).
- Inputting customer orders into the MRP system to create sales orders.
- Creating new product forms as required.
- Preparing customs paperwork for shipments when applicable.
- Providing occasional reception coverage and backup for invoicing when required.
- Performing various administrative duties such as filing, scanning, etc.
Requirements:
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- A condition of employment will be completing a security assessment under Canada’s Controlled Goods Program.
- Minimum one year of customer service experience (Inside Sales experience is an asset).
- Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to problem-solve effectively.
- Responsive to both company and customer needs.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of production planning is an asset.
- Ability to read drawings is a nice-to-have but not mandatory.
