Job Description

The Team Leader, IT Portfolio, provides functional supervision and leadership to a group of multi-disciplined information technology professionals to ensure productive and coordinated performance as they plan, execute and report on all stages of ABC activities, system support and enhancements to support lines of business within the Information and Technology Services Division i.e. Enabling Services, Insurance Services, and Income Stabilization ServicesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class otherwise protected under applicable human rights legislation.

The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in computers, math, engineering or equivalent experience
  • Experience in system development life cycle - prefer 5-7 years
  • Minimum 3 years .Net development
  • Minimum of 2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience
  • Experience with configuration of SharePoint version 2016 or higher as a document management repository OR
  • Experience with ARCGIS version 10.9.1 or higher (ESRI product) and associated software ARCGIS Server, ARCSDE and VertiGIS
  • Experience in data analysis with strong analytical skills to identify and address production issues
  • Experience in code review, test code coverage and release management. C# development an asset
  • Experience in system integration and data synchronization

Experience with Agile methodology and Jira for task and work management
