Site Superintendent - ICI

About Our Client

Our client is a multi-trade local contractor focused on Industrial, Commercial, Water and Wastewater projects in Ontario. We are looking for an experienced ICI Superintendent to join their team and manage water treatment plants and other industrial projects across Ontario.

• Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and on-site personnel.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe work environment.
• Manage project schedules, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Track project progress and regularly report project progress to senior management and stakeholders.
• Report directly to the Project Manager and sideline to the on site Lead Super
• Perform regular site inspections to ensure alignment with project specifications and standards.

• At least 10 years of experience as a Superintendent in the ICI sector, with a focus on water treatment plants and industrial projects.
• Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in IT and spreadsheets
• Able to commute across Ontario
