Keller is actively searching for an experienced/qualified Ground Person or Swamper in the Edmonton/Calgary area with minimum 2-3 years of experience operating concrete pumps in the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Perform basic labor tasks that require physical activity in a safe and efficient manner – Safety is Paramount!
- Knowledge and/or experience working in a variety of ground conditions
- Rigging, hoisting, and spotting for equipment movement according to written, verbal, and/or signaled instructions Knowledge and/or experience working with the pile driving equipment and inventory
- Knowledge and/or experience working with segmental casing, conventional liners and/or CFA equipment and inventory
- Ability to work closely with Supervisor and ground personnel, team player
- Complete all job-related duties as instructed by supervisor
- Maintain safe working conditions and adhere to Occupational Health and Safety regulations
- Participate in the Keller Safety Program including safety meetings, briefs and promoting our safety culture
- Ability to perform and pass a Pre Access and Post Incident Test
- Tending and operating various types of equipment may be required including daily maintenance and completion of log books

Qualifications:
- Pass “Sure Hire” Fit Test
- Pass Drug and Alcohol Test
- Self-motivated and willing to travel
- Ability to work in a team environment with interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to perform physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks; to include frequent bending, kneeling and lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in a high-stress environment with extreme weather fluctuations
- Ability to work in congested areas
- Capable of climbing and keeping balance on uneven areas
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License and access to a vehicle
- The following certificates are an asset: CSTS 2020, GD#2, OSSA, BSO, Fall Pro, First Aid
- The following tickets are an asset: Loader, Skidsteer

$28.26 - $41.31 per hour as per Operator Union Rates
