Overview: We are looking for a Bilingual Production Customer Service Representative to support our manufacturing and repair processes. This position serves as a key liaison between customers and the production team, ensuring smooth order processing and exceptional customer service.The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and French, has a keen eye for detail, and is dedicated to providing top-notch support to both internal teams and external customers.
What you’ll do:- Make outbound calls to customers to clarify incoming orders and ensure their needs are met.
- Follow up with customers regarding previous calls to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Use Salesforce to communicate order status, maintain order location, and address customer requests.
- Maintain order location and provide status updates to customers as requested.
- Assist in expediting orders to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Provide French language support for customer communications and documentation.
- Process new, remake, service, and credit orders as necessary, ensuring accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with ISO Quality Policy Manual for all tasks.
- Work closely with the production and service teams to ensure orders are processed efficiently.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management, based on training and team needs.
- Secondary education or equivalent.
- Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken).
- Previous customer service experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic typing and computer skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce (an asset).
