Full Charge Bookkeeper

We are seeking a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to become a part of our client's team. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for the entire financial cycle, including account management, cash flow, and reconciliation. You will also interact with clients and suppliers to assist with contract execution and account management.

• Manage the complete cycle of accounting and financial operations
• Effectively manage company accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Conduct cash flow analysis and perform account reconciliations for both US and Canadian funds
• Prepare and submit month-end reports to various government and regulatory agencies
• Generate Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and Invoices
• Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and facility coordinators to facilitate contract execution, payables, and receivables
• Assist management and team members with administrative tasks, office coordination, and documentation
• Utilize systems such as the Computerized Accounting System and Sage 50 for various accounting functions
• Use Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
• Maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all tasks.
