Job Description- Manage construction projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Liaise with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and clients
- Oversee the project team and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are met
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Report project progress to senior management
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in managing construction projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of construction procedures, building codes, and safety regulations
- Proficiency in project management software
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
