Overview:
Primary Function: The Hybrid Marketing Specialist and Market Development Manager will support Cook Medical’s Vascular division by assisting with the execution of regional marketing plans, driving company and product brand positioning, and achieving business goals.This role combines strategic marketing with administrative market development responsibilities to ensure comprehensive support for product and market initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Create and manage social media posts from the Cook Vascular handle to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- HCP Contracting: Manage healthcare professional (HCP) contracting and work with the GCA process to ensure compliance and effective collaboration.
- Product Launch: Maintain and publish the product launch dashboard, ensuring timely updates and accurate information.
- Collaboration: Lead the collaboration for the AMER Marketing Monthly Report, coordinating with various stakeholders to compile and present marketing insights.
- CRM Updates: Post bi-monthly updates on CRM regarding delayed product shipping, ensuring clear communication with sales and customer service teams.
- Strategic Marketing: Contribute to the development of strategic objectives for marketing projects and campaigns.
- Market Adoption: Support accelerating market adoption for assigned specialties by collaborating with key stakeholders where needed.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Develop relationships by effectively collaborating with key stakeholders to establish, measure, and align marketing goals.
Qualifications:
Minimum Work Experience/Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing or market development.
- Extensive experience in sales, marketing, or product management.
- Strong strategic business and leadership skills.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
- General office environmental conditions.
- Sitting for extended periods of time.
- Requires close visual acuity for working with computers.
